La Mela is a charming hamlet nestled in the mountains just 8km from the towns of Sorbas and Lubrin.  A typical Spanish village, currently inhabited by few non-Spanish residents, La Mela is home to a village store, which is supplemented by weekday visits from bakers, butchers and greengrocers vans, as well as a church, children’s play area and communal swimming pool which is maintained by the local residents.

Our development comprises 6 detached villas and a bar/restaurant offering residents the opportunity to enjoy locally produced beers and tapas with their neighbours.  Each villa is comprised of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area, external covered patio and large roof terrace.  On individual plots of approximately 500m², there is plenty of space for the construction of a swimming pool in the garden area if required.
