Elegant Homes Online S.L. have a wealth of experience in the construction of extensions, porches and garages.

In this area of Spain extensions invariably require a design project and building licence.  Initially our architect will check the status of the property with the appropriate Town Hall and Land Registry to ensure that the extension is legally possible before any work begins and then, wherever necessary, initial design sketches are prepared. Once the design is finalised, a written estimation of the costs of construction is prepared.  

If demolition is required we will engage a local specialist to prepare the site. The construction is then carried out with care & consideration of all existing openings and the security of the existing buildings.  The new structure is tied in to the existing structure, with a blended finish to minimize the difference between the old and the new construction.
