The office is generally open from 8am until 6pm (later by appointment). Please call to make an appointment if possible. 

Electrical and plumbing installations are generally carried by specialist registered contractors with qualified tradesmen.  Installations come with ´Boletines´(installation certificates) which are required for connection to the mains water and electric networks.

We have experience of installing new mains services in the roads and upgrading existing supplies.  We have close contact with the utility companies to ensure the installations are carried out to the latest regulations.
