Elegant Homes Online S.L. is a company run by Michael Chaplin, a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 10 years construction experience in the UK.  Michael's experience comes from time spent working for one of the major National Contractors, Balfour Beatty and then later for a regional developer and building contractor, managing projects from £0.5M through to £10M.

The same management processes have been carried over to Spain ensuring that our projects are delivered in the same manner.  We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and our determination to deliver projects on time and within budget.  Established in 2005, the company has gained extensive experience of local construction methods together with a comprehensive knowledge of climatic, logistical and cultural issues.

Having built a successful team, our key strength is taking a project from concept through to completion. To this end, we involve a professional team of Architects and Engineers and we benefit from a good working relationship with a number of Local Authorities.  The company has extensive experience in obtaining the necessary permissions to legally commence building projects.  Using a blend of highly skilled tradesmen and specialist sub-contractors we are able to carry out a varied range of projects, all under close supervision.
