Elegant Homes Online S.L. was founded in 2005 with the primary focus being on property development (buying land to develop for both housing and commercial projects).

The property crash of 2007 led to a diversification into construction management, a business which we have a wealth of experience in from the UK.  

Over the years we have built up a professional team of highly skilled tradesmen and specialist sub-contractors.  And despite the difficult market conditions which have led to many of our competitors going out of business, we have gone from strength to strength by delivering projects on time, to budget and to a consistently high standard.

Elegant Homes Online S.L. has a a strong customer focus and from the initial meeting onwards we aim to understand our clients' ideas and requirements.  We offer advice on planning, aesthetics and cost.  Each project is priced thoroughly and competitively.

When working for clients who are not based locally, we take regular progress photos during the project and send copies to our clients, enabling them to keep up to date with the project as it takes shape.

Our work experience is wide and varied; from minor refurbishments through to multi-property new builds. However, regardless of the size of the project, our approach is consistent.

Our list of satisifed customers is ever-expanding, with many clients coming back to us again and again or recommending our services to their family and friends.
