Elegant Homes Online S.L. have extensive experience of refurbishment projects in the area and our expertise ranges from single bathrooms to multi-house projects, including work on traditional cortijos which involves older construction methods.

During recent refurbishment projects we have resolved many existing issues within properties, such as damp, water ingress and flooding, as well as installation of new electrical, plumbing & drainage systems and structural repairs.

Generally our refurbishment projects are managed by our in-house team who oversee the coordination of services and installations and pay meticulous attention to detail.
